In view of what levels and dimensions enterprises should carry out to establish a social responsibility ecosystem, Li Dong said that first of all, enterprises should build a "house" that can be the destination of colleagues' hearts and manage the corporate culture well; Secondly, strategic planning is to sublimate strategic objectives and create vision and belief; Third, establish an economic platform, that is, a belief platform, attract core backbones, recruit talents and create multi-dimensional power sources; Fourth, establish processes and systems, and use reward distribution to produce a sense of social status identity.

In recent years, donghexin has started the globalization strategy. When discussing how to practice social responsibility in the process of globalization, Li Dong, chairman of donghexin, said that now more and more enterprises have moved towards the international market. If enterprises want to go out, they must first repair their internal skills, which is the premise of practicing social responsibility.

Li Dong said that donghexin began to enter the international market in 2006. Its main companies are emerging markets in India, Pakistan and Southeast Asia. In 2013, it began to set up its first subsidiary in overseas markets. At present, it has established more than a dozen branches in several major markets.

As a private enterprise, its ability to go global is not as good as that of a powerful state-owned enterprise. Starting from donghexin's practical experience, Li Dong shared several suggestions: first, trade first, set up an office after the market is mature, then form an alliance with local enterprises, take agents as a breakthrough point, use foreign resources and contacts to establish joint ventures, and take complementary advantages as the main line. For enterprises with strong patent technology and intellectual property rights, We can invest and build factories locally in due time and export technical equipment.

In the Asian market, donghexin not only provides local low-carbon and environmental protection products, but also helps solve employment and people's livelihood. Li Dong believes that when enterprises go abroad and enter the international market, social responsibility needs to play an important role, and the success of enterprises is a kind of social responsibility.
